North Vancouver

North Vancouver is a combination of all kinds of residential real estate, pleasantly blended into a mix of all kinds of commercial and light industrial areas, as well as being home to the North Shore half of Vancouver's commercial waterfront ports. North Vancouver is linked to the downtown core by the ultra-modern public transit Seabus which crosses the Harbour on a regular basis from the foot of Lonsdale next to the Marketplace Lonsdale Quay.

Edgemont Village in the heart of North Vancouver is a quaint enclave of fancy boutiques, coofee shops, and restuarants.

North Vancouver is home to some of the most respectable public Elementary and Secondary Schools in the Greater Vancouver area.
